The Site is owned and operated by Institute for Safety Coaching and Leadership LLC (“ISCL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Your Privacy Rights (California and Nevada Residents)

By creating a Member profile and submitting information for inclusion in any ISCL directory, you acknowledge that the personal information you make available may be viewable by other Members. ISCL is not responsible for any personal information that you voluntarily post or share in a public or member-accessible area.
Members may access and modify their profiles through their accounts at any time.

By submitting personal information through ISCL Offerings, you acknowledge and agree that ISCL may use your information to:
(a) administer memberships, credentials, and community features;
(b) process payments and manage billing;
(c) respond to inquiries or service requests;
(d) send information regarding ISCL products, services, and events;
(e) send updates and newsletters;
(f) comply with legal or regulatory obligations; and/or
(g) improve the Site and ISCL Offerings.

(a) Mighty Networks – for community and member interaction;
(b) HubSpot – for marketing automation, customer relationship management, and communications;
(c) Stripe – for secure payment processing;
(d) Certifier – for credential and digital badge management;
(e) LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter (X) – for communications, networking, and marketing engagement; and
(f) Analytics and performance tools – to improve the Site’s functionality and measure effectiveness.
Each third-party service provider is responsible for maintaining its own privacy practices and terms of use. ISCL is not responsible for the actions or policies of such third parties.

We may disclose personal information:
