He currently serves as an independent Board Member for the Educational Standards Board of South Australia and for SA Power Networks, and is the inaugural Chair of the Australian National Psychosocial Safety Network. Since then, he has become an accredited Executive Coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching and the creator of the IOSH-approved Coaching for Safety program, which attracts participants worldwide.
